1-Flexible rate: Basic rate, payable directly at the hotel, free cancellation (see our cancellation terms/policy).

2- Cancellation terms/policy: In the case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the expected date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the amount equal to 100% of the cost of the first night will be withheld. In the case of an early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation before arrival, by charging an amount equal to the cost of the first night on the credit card provided.

3- Tourist tax: not included in the room price to be paid on departure: Euro 1,50 per person, per night. Exempt: Children up to 9 years old – Dependent disabled persons and their carer. The tax may be subject to changes by the City Council without prior notice from the Hotel.

4- Invoice: if you wish to have an invoice or a tax document, please inform the reception at the check in to provide the necessary details (such as compay name, address, VAT number and/or unique tax code). Otherwise, a regular document witout a header will be issued on the day of departure.

5- Cot: avaialble upon request, subject to written confirmation from the hotel. Supplement: Euro 8.00 per night.

6- Pets: We accept small dogs (up to 15 kg) in limited numbers, subject to written confirmation from the hotel and only for bookings made directly with the hotel. It is required the payment of a daily fee.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool area. Animals can be taken to all other areas of the hotel, including the beach, as long as they are on a leash.
Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb other guests in any way.
